Yes, power washing is a great way to keep your property looking clean and presentable, but there’s more to the process than that. The natural environment is hazardous and can leave a lasting impression on your property if you’re not careful. Water, sunlight, mold, animal contamination and dozens of other all-natural factors can devastate the things you’ve spent your hard-earned money on. Power washing will keep those dangers at bay. It’s recommended that your home, for example, should be cleaned at least once every two years.

While it’s entirely possible for you to power wash your own property (given the necessary equipment), an inexperienced power washer will probably do far more harm than good. The power emitted from a pressure washer is completely capable of ripping your property to pieces, and the chemicals involved (while environmentally safe) remain best handled by licensed and insured professionals.
Simply put, there’s no real end to what a power washer can handle. Homes, decks, and concrete sidewalks remain our most popular services, but J&J’s equipment can emit streams as strong as 4000psi and as gentle as your average garden hose – allowing our team to tailor-fit their work for whatever you’ve got in mind. If it’s dirty, we can wash it.
Absolutely. J&J is out to protect your property from natural hazards – but not at the cost of doing environmental damage. The chemical mixtures won’t do any damage to local plant or wildlife.
J&J Power Washing is completely licensed and insured to power wash your home, and we can provide the necessary documentation at your request. We implore you to ask any power washing company to provide a proof of insurance. There are some risks to power washing, and we don’t want you to be left out in the cold – even if you decide to contract another company.
We ask that you remove any screens from your windows before we arrive. When screens are removed from the windows we are able to remove the dirt, debris, bugs etc. that lie in between the screens and the windows leaving a much cleaner surface. If screens are not able to be removed, we can still clean these surfaces with low pressure.
Water needs to be turned on and outside electrical outlet(s) or sensitive areas need to be covered. If you scheduled a deck cleaning, please make sure patio furniture is removed.
